1. Cancellation by You
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation:
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
 - 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
 - Less than 15 days before departure: No refund available.
 
2. Cancellation by Low Fare Analyst
In rare cases, we may need to cancel a Flight due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:
- You will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
 - Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule your Flight without any additional charges.
 
3. How to Request a Cancellation

Please provide your booking reference number and reason for cancellation in your request.
4. Refund Process
Once your cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Certain fees and charges may be non-refundable, including:
- Booking fees or administrative charges
 - Optional travel insurance premiums
 - Additional onboard purchases or services
 
6. Changes to Your Booking
If you wish to make changes to your booking (dates, cabin type, etc.), please contact us immediately. Change requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
7. Force Majeure
Low Fare Analyst is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will work with you to find the best possible solution.
