How to Request a Price Match
To request a price match, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of your booking confirmation and provide:
- A valid link or screenshot of the lower price offer
 - Details of the flight such as airline, departure and arrival times, and booking conditions
 - Your booking confirmation number with FlightCenter
 
Conditions for Price Match
- The lower price must be for the exact same flight itinerary, travel dates, and booking class.
 - The competing offer must be from a reputable and authorized travel website or airline.
 - The lower price must be publicly available and not part of a private promotion or loyalty discount.
 - Price match requests must be submitted within 24 hours of your original booking.
 - FlightCenter reserves the right to verify the validity of the lower price before matching.
 
Exclusions
Our Price Match Promise does not apply to:
- Prices from auction or bidding websites.
 - Errors, glitches, or expired promotions on third-party websites.
 - Group bookings or special package deals.
 - Prices requiring membership or subscription fees.
 
How We Refund
If your price match request is approved, we will refund the difference to the original payment method used for your booking. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
